I did not care for this layout at all.  The font is very hard to read.  The box with the link back information is so small that it cannot be seen.  The big images are obtrusive and distracting.

Try changing the font to some that is easier to read.  At first, I didn't understand the link names, but I figured it out.  I liked the link names.
